r. Encarnacion completed his undergraduate education at the City University of New York (CCNY), where he received a Bachelor degree in Pre-Law. He then went on to receive his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, located in New York City. Mr. Encarnacion acquired vast and invaluable legal experience while working as an associate attorney for a Queens based law firm, before entering private practice.

He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the ABA Sections on Family Law, Criminal Justice, Real Property Law, and Litigation. Additionally, he is a member of the Queens County Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association and the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County.
